- a) The Client modifies the scope, deliverables, or timelines after agreement without mutual consent.
- b) The refund request is based solely on subjective dissatisfaction, stylistic differences, or personal expectations not clearly defined in the original brief.
- c) The service has been substantially delivered in alignment with the agreed terms, even if the Client chooses not to use it.
2. Refund Process
2.1 Submission Procedure:
Clients seeking a refund must initiate a written request by contacting ALTONUS LIMITED’s support team via the official contact details provided on the Website. The request must include:
- Full name and contact details of the Client
- Description of the purchased service and the Freelancer involved
- Clear and concise reason for the refund

2.2 Evaluation and Decision:
- Refund requests will be acknowledged within 5 business days and reviewed within 14 business days.
- We may request additional information or clarification during this review period.
- ALTONUS LIMITED will decide based on the completeness of the information, adherence to agreed terms, and good-faith efforts by both parties.
2.3 Refund Issuance:
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method unless an alternative arrangement is mutually agreed upon in writing.

- ALTONUS LIMITED does not assume legal responsibility for the enforcement of freelance agreements and serves only as a third-party platform provider.
4. Amendments to the Refund Policy
ALTONUS LIMITED reserves the right to withhold refunds and take corrective action, including account suspension or legal reporting, in cases of:
- Fraudulent chargeback attempts
- Repeated misuse of the refund process
- Harassment, manipulation, or threats toward Freelancers or staff
